Wayne was a teacher with the Niagara District School Board retiring in 2002 and was 39 years with the military retiring in 2007. He developed and implemented the First Military Co-Op program that now is used across Canada. He was a great guy and a loyal member of the SCRC and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
