Bill was first and foremost a loving and dedicated husband and father. He was a great big cheerful guy who was always up for a ride no matter where it was heading and he loved to lead those rides.. He  was instrumental in the success and growth of Durham Chapter #261 throughout his 3 year tenure as1st Officer. Bill knew all the great roads and the great food stops. He was always so happy to be out riding, as this was his relaxing time. Bill always had a big smile and joke for you and that smile will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
